Hey to my southern friends in Florida. Will be coming down to look at a lot and trailer in Frostproof with my brother. We will be there on June 16th through the 25th, and because its been awhile; like 2 years almost... I have a need to replenish the salt content in my brain. And to use ALL my stuff that I have been collecting

Since we are kinda in the middle, looks like a good possibilty to meet up with some of you, and have a get-together of some-sort?

Whatcha thinkin

Barry

Barry ,
My offer still stands to take you fishing out of Camp (PoPs) if you ever got down here.
Only difference we will have to try and tackle a inshore slam at this time as you know the DOTTIE Q isn't ready to head offshore now due to the rebuild.
[-X  ](*,)

Snook will be out of season so we might have to target a stripped mullet. ;-) ;-)

Will you have access to a vehicle? . (think)

If so you could just take hwy 60 east from Frostproof across to Grant (1 1/2 hours away app. 75miles) and if y'all don't mind sleeping on the sofa we can squeeze in a couple of days for you.

I can get away mostly any of that time as far as I know now , (think)

I just need to check with PoPs to see if he has anything scheduled (I don't think so)
You just need to bring down a lil cool air in your bag so you won't get too hot LOL

Barry,

depending on work load and weather I should be able to take a day and get you offshore. I am in the Orlando area and go out of Port Canaveral. There should still be a few dolphin and wahoo out there and we can try some bottom fishing. I do not know alot about bottom fishing but do get lucky sometimes. :-?

Lee ,
If you didn't mind I could have them over to camp and just run us up to the Port and I could mate for you? Just (think)

If you don't mind the couch or air mattress we could dock your boat at camp (ramp is only 1/2 mile away and the inlet is 7miles and go out of Sebastion? Just a thought (think)

Looking forward to seeing you next week.
The weather looks good . Bring plenty of sunscreen LOL
Maybe while you are here we can catch up with a few others forum members. . Hopefully it will work out for you to get offshore and I will try my best to put you on the topwater bit in the Indian River logoon for that big old Redfish. thumbsup

Got down here in frostproof and figured out why they call it that
Welcome to the HEAT!
I had higher expectations of the place  we are looking at to buy, but i guess for the price; they call it fix-er-up'er. Setting is nice but i don't know about the boat launching facility; looks like a sandbar to me
I presume that is why you need to look at everything IN PERSON and try it before you...
Got my fishin' license and the time has come to get dinner for tonight =)
